The objective of this sole source award is for a Firm-fixed Price Contract, Five Year BPA, with Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, 111 47th St, Pittsburgh PA, 15201, Unique Entity ID HA3GWLK3JK58.

This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 6.103-1 (b) Soliciting from a Single Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is:

Interested vendors that can provide this requested service must respond no later than 01/14/2026 by 10:00 AM EST. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, Duns Number, SAM UEI Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide these services. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government.
