INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs, Philadelphia VA Medical Center, hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to establish a firm-fixed-price order with OmniCell, Inc., for support services for already acquired OmniCell equipment in use at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 19104. This action will allow Philadelphia VA Medical Center to have a continued access to services without disruption that fulfills an existing Government need.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and is for information purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
