THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS AB 3500 DX GENETIC ANALYZER DCS 3.2 This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Brand Name— AB 3500 DX GENETIC ANALYZER, for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about August 22nd, 2025. The full solicitation will be a 100% SDVOSB set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334516; the size standard is 1,000 employees.
