The VISN 04, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source award under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 for Mycobacteria Off Campus Laboratory Testing with National Jewish Health of 1400 Jackson St. Denver, CO 80206, Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity for a three-year period.

The NAICS Code is 34561. This special notice serves as notice od intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or request for orders. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
