The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System Imaging Radiation Therapy Department at 4100 Allequippa St., located in Pittsburgh, PA 15240, is currently seeking potential sources for Brand Name Sun Nuclear SRS MapCheck. ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY 1179000-0Z SRS MapCHECK High-density 2-Dimensional diode array that removes film and subjectivity from stereotactic QA, and offers efficient, electronic SRS Patient QA and endto- end testing.

Includes SNC Patient Software for immediate, accurate results and features the QA Setup Tool, providing guidance for ideal setup of Single- Isocenter Multiple-Target (SIMT) plans, and simplified shifts for occasional larger fields. 1 1255000-0 StereoPHAN Package with MRI Support QA Phantom that streamlines stereotactic end-to-end testing and QA. Tests all aspects of stereotactic planning and delivery utilizing a variety of inserts including a variety of detectors.

1 TRNG-T1 Customer Training Training Voucher for one day on site product training. Includes one full day of in depth product training by a qualified Sun Nuclear representative. Refer to Product Training Datasheet for the number of training units that need to be allocated for each product (one training unit = 1 day).
