NCO 4 has a requirement for QGenda scheduling automation services and support for the Wilmington VAMC. NCO 4 intends to sole source this requirement to Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC (GMP). GMP is the sole distributor of QGenda products and services through GMP's GSA MAS contract and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB).
