INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source with Aldevra, LLC to procure a service contract for yearly preventative maintenance and repair for Sterile Storage Cabinets SSC4500 Series use by Sterile Processing Services at the Coatesville VA Medical Center.

The objective of this sole source award is for a Firm-fixed Price Contract, consisting of a base year plus four option years, with Aldevra, LLC, 5865 Venture Park Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49009-1849, Unique Entity ID WF95AG13LN37. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) Soliciting from a Single Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is:

Interested vendors that can provide this requested service must respond no later than 11/14/2024 by 9:00 AM EST.
