Page 2 of 2 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source with Stryker Sales, LLC to procure a service contract for corrective and preventative maintenance for medical systems and devices in use by the Surgical Services at the Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center. This scope of work addresses the Neptune Rover and Smart Dock Evac. Station.

The objective of this sole source award is for a Firm-fixed Price Contract, consisting of a base year plus two option years, with Stryker Sales, LLC, 1941 Stryker Way, Portage, MI 49002-9711, Unique Entity ID PJJ1HJS3LQD6. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) Soliciting from a Single Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is:

Interested vendors that can provide this requested service must respond no later than 10/23/2024 by 9:00 AM EST. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government.
