Notice of Intent to Sole Source | ViewPoint Temperature Monitoring System Maintenance and Recalibration Services | Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System, Pennsylvania

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract award to EOI Inc. 8377 Green Meadows Dr N, Lewis Center, OH 43035. This requirement is to provide annual support and maintenance services to the ViewPoint Temperature Monitoring System in multiple locations within the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System, including periodic testing, software updates, replacements, monitoring, and recalibration of system components.

All replacements, updates, and services must be compatible with the existing system. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by October 8th, 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
