Intent to Sole Source The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania intends to negotiate a sole source contract. The bridge contract for the DI Water testing services will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 to Evoqua Water technologies LLC, 201 6th Ave. Suite 3300, Pittsburgh PA. 15222. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached to this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract.
