Intent to Sole Source The Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, Pennsylvania intends to negotiate a sole source contract. The bridge contract for the Dental water testing service will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 to Criterion Laboratories Inc., 400 Street Road, Bensalem, PA. 19020. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached to this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract.

The NAICS Code is 541380 and the size standard is $19.0 Million. This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and it is not a request for competitive proposal and it is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
