INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP) Snyder House 1425 Snyder Ave, Philadelphia., PA 19145, hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to establish a firm-fixed-price order with Mid Atlantic Security Agency LLC for continuing Security Guard services. This action will Snyder House to have a continued access to services without disruption that fulfills an existing Government need.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and is for information purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
