Intent to Sole Source - Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Olympus Endoscope Reprocessors II at Lebanon VA Medical Center.

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price, single year contract for preventative maintenance and repairs of the Olympus Endoscope Reprocessor II systems, technical support and onsite support to include inspections to Olympus America, Inc., 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034 for the Lebanon VA Healthcare System.

This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures and in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
