The VA NYHHS, Margaret Cochran Corbin Campus requires the procurement of TrackCore Operating Room (OR) inventory management software and associated RFID functionality to support surgical inventory tracking, implant management, and regulatory compliance.

TrackCore Operating Room software is an inventory and implant tracking system used in surgical environments to manage: Implantable devices (e.g., orthopedic implants, cardiac devices) High-value surgical supplies Lot and serial number tracking Expiration date monitoring RFID-enabled real-time inventory visibility Recall management Regulatory documentation and reporting At VA NYHHS, TrackCore shall ensure that the right implant or supply is available, tracked, and documented for each veteran surgical case.

This system has direct clinical, safety, and operational impact on Veterans receiving surgical care.
