Email: Jonatan.rondon@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, intends to award a sole source, one time, firm fixed price contract to Cadwell Laboratories, Inc. under FSS contract #36F79721D0069 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation RFO FAR 12.201-1 to Cadwell Laboratories, Inc., 909 North Kellogg Street, Kennewick, WA 99336, for their Sierra EMG Machine.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 334510, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Contractor will furnish and deliver one (1) EMG machine, to include the following components and accessories.

1 Sierra Summit Base with 1- 2 Channel Amplifier 1 Sierra Summit 2 Channel License 1 Stim Troller Plus Stimulator 2 Stimulator Probe, Straight w/touchproof connectors & round head, large diameter 1 EMG, NCS, RR Interval 1 High Performance Laptop PC 1 Fuzion Cart for Laptop 1 Summit 1 - 2 Ch Amp Arm w/Stim, Amp & Needle holder 1 Fuzion Cart Footswitch Holder 1 Medical Grade 6 outlet Power Strip for Fuzion Cart 1 USB Footswitch 1 On Site Installation with Training, 1 day The period of performance is 30 calendar days from date of receipt.

Work at the government site shall not take place on Federal holidays or weekends unless directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available.

The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to April 14th, 2026. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
