Canon Imagepress V900 Main Engine Printer, Service and Maint Located at East Orange, Lyons VAMC in Lyons, NJ

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from small business contractors for service of a Canon Imageress printer in support of the Lyons VA Medical Center 151 Knollcroft Rd., Building 1, Rm 218, Lyons, NJ 07939 The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about February 6, 2026, to be posted to https://www.sam.gov.

This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 19 Small Business. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes.
