Page 3 of 3 The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain comprehensive maintenance services for its Lumenis Selecta Duet and Ultrapulse Encore surgical lasers. Period of performance: Anticipated 4/1/2026 3/31/2027 with a provision of four (4) option years.

Basic description of the requirement: Lumenis Be, Inc is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the sole authorized provider of services, OEM parts, and updates to their highly technical proprietary equipment. Lumenis Be, Inc will provide a full-service contract to include maintenance, inspection, unlimited service calls, expedited shipping, premium scheduling, and repairs including labor, travel, OEM parts, one laser tube, handpieces, and/or laser cavity per year.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by February 3, 2026 at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
