OMNICELL SERVICE AGREEMENT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Omnicell, Inc for maintenance, repairs, parts, software updates and technical support on government owned Omnicell equipment at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center Campus for one base year (01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026) with the provision of two (2) option years.

Omnicell, Inc is the only known, authorized service provider for service agreements on Omnicell equipment. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by November 27, at 10:00 am ET. Responses shall be submitted via email to Megan.Ross3@va.gov.
