NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to 1st American Medical Distributors, Inc. 151 Heritage Park DR STE 201 Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129 0505 for an onsite service maintenance requirement at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Ave Buffalo NY, 14215. This service requirement shall include preventative maintenance (PM), on-site services, hardware coverage, enhanced access to the myRadiologySolutions customer portal, 24/7 technical access, and VirtualCare remote support.

Device calibrations, software updates, inspections, safety testing, and other preventative maintenance shall be performed as needed by a certified field service engineer. Vendor will provide a warranty on all materials, labor, and service to be free of defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days after the date provided. The preventative maintenance will be performed within sixty (60) days of this service agreement or within twelve (12) months of the last PM.

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time.

Supporting evidence may be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
