ALBANY Elevator Maintenance & Repair Request for Information Only

General: The Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, New York is seeking services for Elevators Maintenance and Repair Services. The intent is to cover preventive maintenance, annual inspection, and repairs on all elevators in the inventory listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as stipulated in the scope of work.

Description of Services/Introduction: Proposals shall address personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform elevator maintenance, annual inspections, and repair services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall meet the standards in this requirement.
