FY25 Service - Triennial Electrical Study (1X) - Bath and Canandaigua

It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing to Contracting Officer Taylor Richter, taylor.richter@va.gov, no later than07/09/2025 at 12:00 pm EST. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted. Responses to this notice shall include the following:

The Bath (76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810) and Canandaigua (400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424) VA Medical Centers has a requirement for a contractor to provide an electrical study to occur once every three years (maintenance, inspection, and testing of the electrical power distribution system).

General: 1. The contractor shall provide certification in the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) or Equivalent Certifying Organization. The NAICS Code is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a Small Business size standard of $19 million. SDVOSB/VOSB vendors shall be registered in SBA VetCert. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Bath and Canandaigua VA Medical Centers.
