Peters VA Medical Center s ENT Department. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii), Soliciting from a Single Source. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 1,250 Employees.

Requirement: The ENT department located at the James J. Peter VAMC is requiring a Stryker brand Electromagnetic Navigation Unit to be purchased via GSA FSS Contract #36F79724D0118. This is a brand name only requirement.

The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to May 22nd, 2025. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
