Page 3 of 3 The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain full-service and maintenance for Sun Nuclear system, workstations, software and equipment. Period of performance: Anticipated 8/1/2025 7/31/2026 with a provision of four (4) option years.

Basic description of the requirement: Sun Nuclear Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the sole authorized provider of equipment/software, maintenance and support services. Sun Nuclear Corporation will provide a full-service contract to include necessary travel, labor, equipment, tools and materials, OEM parts, repair services, telephone, web, and remote diagnostic support, software updates, and preventative maintenance.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by May 19, 2025 at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered.

Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Sun Nuclear Full-Service - Bronx in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned.

All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contract Specialist, Lynn Krakowiak at Lynn.Krakowiak@va.gov. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.
