NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), to Censis Technologies Inc for Censitrac Subscription Services for Real Time Location System (RTLS) at the James. J. Peters Bronx VA Medical Center for one base year with the provision of four (4) option years, (06/01/2025 to 05/31/2030). The NAICS code is 513210 Software Publishers.

Product Description Product Code Subscription - InstrumenTrac SUT301R Subscription Renewal - Censitrac GOV Cloud Server CSGOV Subscription - Service + MSGL01 - Sterile Processing Workflow Software Support subscription plus Gov Cloud and Service + for the Real Time Location System (RTLS) shall satisfy the requirements of VHA DIRECTIVE 1116(2). RTLS, an electronic surgical instrument tracking system known as CensiTrac will track instruments throughout the sterile processing.

This application provides automation and documentation of the reprocessing of critical, reusable surgical instrumentation for Sterile Processing Services, endoscopy suites, dental clinics, and operating rooms. - Censis Technologies, Inc is the sole authorized provider of CensiTrac® for the North American market.

Software subscription services shall be provided per the terms and conditions of contract GS-35F-0462X. - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by April 17, 2025, at 2:00 pm EDT. Responses shall be submitted via email to Lisa.Harris4@va.gov.
