FY25 SERVICES- Hologic Panther fusion(BASE 4)

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain maintenance and support for Hologic Panther Fusion Plus.

Anticipated Period of performance: 05/01/2025 to 09/30/2025, with 3 subsequent 1-year Option Years through 09/30/2029 Basic description of the requirement: The Syracuse Molecular laboratory procured the Hologic Panther Fusion in 2024 SN# 1010911020. The analyzer requires the Hologic Panther Service contract in order to expand SARS-COV-2 molecular testing for symptomatic and asymptomatic Veteran s and staff. This will assist with infection control within the Syracuse facility, as well as in the community.

Procuring the service contract will allow for uninterrupted service for SARS-CoV-2 testing, among other tests when available.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
