The Department of Veterans Affairs, Western New York locations intends to issue a sole source award contract to Griffin Chapman Environmental Inc., TempArmour However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating the ability to provide the requested services, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Please note, you MUST have an authorization from TempArmour stating that your company is an authorized distributor/reseller of their products.

Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored.

Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Government.
