Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor questions pertaining to Solicitation 36C24225Q0447. See attachment "Amendment 0002 Vendor Site Visit Questions - Answered.docx." Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date and offer contractors the opportunity to visit the site pertaining to Solicitation 36C24225Q0447.
Contractors shall have the opportunity to visit the site on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025, at 9:30 AM EST to view the requirements at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. Contractors shall email the Contracting Officer (Taylor.Richter@va.gov) no later than Wednesday, March 25th, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST with their intention to attend and specifics will be provided in return. No other site visits will be provided.
Quote submissions shall now be submitted on or before Friday, April 4th, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. This firm fixed price solicitation is for the Annual Full Service, Inspection, Load Bank and Fuel Testing of Six (6) Station Wide Generators located at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424, from 04/01/2025 to 04/31/2026, to include four (4) option years.
This requirement is being solicited as a SDVOSB Set-Aside procurement using NAICS code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
