HUDVASH Case Management Services for VISN 2 Downstate

Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement is based on the best information available at this time and is subject to future modification. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 624310 with a Size Standard $15.0 Million.

The Product Service Code (PSC) is G099 - Social Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) of the Department of Veterans Affairs on behalf of the VISN 2 Downstate Medical Centers (VA NY Harbor Healthcare System, Bronx VA Medical Center, VA New Jersey Health Care System, and Northport VA Medical Center) is seeking a contractor (s) to assist with the provision of housing placement and case management services through the HUD-VASH program.

The program is a partnership between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the VA Supportive Housing (VASH) program to place and maintain homeless Veterans in permanent, community-based housing using HUD Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers that are paired with ongoing VA case management services.
