General The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (2), as defined below, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a qualified firm with the capacity and capability to perform, but not limited to, the following excerpt from the statement of work. This firm fixed price requirement is for Cooling Tower Fill Replacement and Resealing Joints at the Rome VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 125 Brookley Road, Rome, NY 13441, from 02/01/2025 to 04/15/2025.

The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, equipment, materials to perform the requirement. The contractor shall only furnish new standard parts (manufactured by the maker of the equipment, or equal thereto) excluding consumables. All parts shall be of current manufacture (or equal thereto) and shall have full compatibility with presently installed equipment.
