NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: A Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a one (1) year sole source contract award to Multimedia Entertainment dba WGRZ TV2 located at 259 Delaware Ave Buffalo, NY 14202-2008 for Marketing and Advertising to include Television Commercials, Video Pre-Rolls for WIVB website, and Social Media Impressions for the VA WNY Healthcare System located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. NAICS Code is 541810 Advertising Agencies with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.5 million.

The classification code is R071 Support Management: Advertising. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by December 2nd, 2024 at 10a.m. EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Jamie.Boyar@va.gov.
