General The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (2), as defined below, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a qualified firm with the capacity and capability to perform, but limited to, the following excerpt from the scope of work. The contractor shall perform preventative maintenance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications on 2 AMF pinspotters at the Canandaigua VA.

Contractor shall perform 26 biweekly preventative maintenance visits during the length of this contract. Contractor shall perform preventative maintenance to include at minimum, but not limited to:

Operate machines (both lanes) Lanes cleaned and oiled (both lanes) Grease and lubricate (both machines) Adjustment screws inspected. Lightning rod bushings inspected. Pivot pins inspected. Cell screws inspected. Pit carpets cleaned.
