NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to GE Healthcare, 3000 N Grandview Blvd W443, Waukesha, WI 53188 for GE Allia IGS 540 (System ID: 716834ALLIA)

R/F SYSTEMS: ANGIO/INTERVENTIONAL service maintenance at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, from 11/01/2024 to 10/31/2025, including four (4) option years. NAICS code 811210 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental and Veterinary Supplies with a Size Standard of $34 Million.

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
