NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:Â Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a one (1) year sole source contract award to The E.W. Scripps Company dba WKBW Channel.

7 ABC, 312 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202-4024 for Marketing and Advertising to include Television Commercials and Video Pre-Roll for the VA WNY Healthcare System located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. Â NAICS Code is 541810 Advertising Agencies with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.5 million. The classification code is R071 Support Management: Advertising.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
