NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT FROM A SINGLE SOURCE The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106-1(b) to obtain Preventive Maintenance for BD Alaris devices. Period of performance: To be completed within 30 days from Award Date. Basic description of the requirement: One-time on-site annual preventive maintenance services of (265) Alaris PC model 8015 units, (420) LVP 8100 Alaris Infusion Pumps, (37) 8110 Infusion Pump Syringe pumps, and (20) Alaris 8120 Infusion Pump PCA. Work shall be performed by CareFusion Field Service Technician Affiliates.
