3 Paragon City, State, Zip: Montvale, NJ 07645 The objective of this action is the procurement for: The Biomedical Engineering department on behalf of the GI Department at VA New Jersey Health Care System (NJHCS)is requesting the purchase of Pentax Endoscopy Equipment to be utilized in the GI Department at the New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange Campus.

The equipment is currently being used at the Facility and purchasing the equipment would be beneficial to continuing the services provided by the GI Department. Without a purchase of the equipment, the equipment will need to be returned to Pentax which will cause a disruption in services. The contract effort goals are to purchase Pentax Endoscopy Equipment and accessories on contract 36C24222F0215. Objectives to meet this need is to purchase the Pentax Endoscopy Equipment and accessories being used in the GI Department at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System.
