The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain automated inspection services for the Eyewash Stations and Fire Extinguishers.
The service adheres to current editions of the Joint Commission (TJC) Life Safety & Environment of Care Document, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 10) codes, American National Standards Institute (ANSI Z358.1) and VHA Directive 7704. The CrestPoint-AIMS software automates the performance of audits for emergency eyewash, emergency shower and fires extinguishers.
Period of performance: 09/16/2024-09/15/2029 Basic description of the requirement: CrestPoint Solutions Inc, is the OEM and only vendor capable of performing automated inspection services using CrestPoint-AIMS software for the Eyewash Stations and Fire Extinguishers. This service also includes; site inventory, audit of all emergency eyewash/shower and fire extinguishers and install asset tags, as applicable. There are 422 Fire Extinguishers and 109 Eyewash Stations.
