Patchogue CBOC Lease (VA-25-00001138)

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield approximately (9,901) net usable square feet within the Congressional District, geographical area encompassing East Patchogue New York 11772 for use as a Veterans Medical Outpatient Clinic. The space must meet or be able to meet the Department of Veterans Affairs Life Safety codes and other applicable regulations.

A lease for five (10) years with an option to renew for an additional one (5) year option period will be considered. A market survey of the properties offered will be conducted by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Only lease space that is demonstrated to be cost effective and advantageous to the Government to relocate from its existing location will be considered.
