FY25 Service - Window Cleaning (Base + 4)

It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing to Contract Specialist Taylor Richter, taylor.richter@va.gov, no later than 06/10/2024 at 12:00 pm EST. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted. Responses to this notice shall include the following:

Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this requirement. The Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210, has a requirement for a contractor to provide annual cleaning of approximately thirteen hundred (1,300) exterior windows for one (1) base year with the provision of four (4) option years.

The NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services with a Small Business size standard of $22.0 million. SDVOSB/VOSB vendors shall be registered in SBA s VetCert. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VA Medical Center.
