NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to Iradimed Corporation, 1025 Willa Springs Drive, Winter Springs, FL 32708-5235 for one-time preventative maintenance, repairs, and loaner equipment of Iradimed Mridium Infusion Pumps at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, from 06/10/2024 to 07/31/2024. Equipment requiring preventative maintenance and repair.

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
