SERVICES REQUIRED The VA Airborne Hazards and Burn Pits Center of Excellence (AHBPCE) requires a Micro1401-04 unit with Spike2 software from Cambridge Electronic Design Ltd (CED). The unit will facilitate real-time processing of experimental data which is being collected in Dr. Daniel Wilhite s laboratory.

Specifications Real-time waveform and digital outputs; high-speed waveform capture (up to 1MHz with 16-bit resolution); allows for ability to process online analysis while host computer simultaneously performs data manipulation, further analysis, and other required tasks.

Features DAQ board (1401-04 interface): 4 channels for 16-bit waveform input on base unit; software-selectable ±5V or ±10V input and output ranges; synchronization with other CED 1401s for large numbers of channels, all accurately timed; USB 2.0 high-speed connection, firmware upgrades; synchronization with other CED interface boards for large number of channels.

SPIKE2 software: Built-in script language to customize the program and provide control from simple automation to addition of complex analyses; imports data from many other systems and synchronizes with existing data; exportation to spreadsheet, text, binary, and MATLAB files; continually updated at no added charge.
