Request for Information (RFI) seeking sources to provide Ground Ambulance Services DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

Request for Information (RFI) This notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Part (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. This notice serves as a Request for Information in support of market research and/or planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. This notice is not a confirmation that the Government will contract for the items or services contained in the Request for Information, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied.

This notice does NOT constitute an Invitation to Bid, a Request for Proposal, or a Request for Quote. The Government shall not pay and/or reimburse respondents and/or associates for any costs incurred to submit the requested information. All information received in response to this Request for Information that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Response to this Request for Information is not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

The Veteran Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 2 Syracuse VAMC, Syracuse, New York has a requirement for ground ambulance transportation for eligible Veteran beneficiaries.

The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain pertinent information from responsible sources interested in performing this service. Responses will assist the Government with developing its acquisition strategy to include socio-economic set-asides. If you are interested in performing this service, please provide responses to Questions 1-13 below along with a brief statement of your capabilities. Note that the Government will not answer questions about this requirement at this time. Please send your response to Michelle Harsch at michelle.harsch@va.gov no later than 11:00 AM EDT May 14, 2024. Which geographic regions does your business support? What is your business operational range in miles? Provide publicly posted / commercially available pricing rates. What NAICS and PSC code do you use for ground ambulance service? What NAICS and PSC code do you use for air ambulance service? How do you invoice for this service?
