Sources Sought Notice | WNY BUF/BAT Chiller & Boiler Water Treatment

Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be in writing and include a capabilities statement to Contracting Officer Daniel Zielinski, daniel.zielinski@va.gov, no later than 02/22/2024 at 10:00am EST. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted.

General The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), as defined below, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a qualified firm with the capacity and capability to perform, but not limited to, the following excerpt from the scope of work.

1. This firm fixed price requirement is for the provision of water treatment systems and support services to chemically treat boiler water, chilled water, and cooling towers for Legionella prevention and boiler systems to maintain water conditioning at the Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY 14215 and Batavia VA Medical Center, 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020 beginning on or around 04/01/2024 through 03/31/2025, to include four (4) option years.

Support services under this service requirement shall include the installation, testing, commissioning, monitoring, chemicals, and maintenance of all water treatment systems listed.
