The VA Albany NY desires to upgrade an existing GE Healthcare CASE (Cardiac Assessment System for Exercise Testing) Stress Test System to a GE CASE V6.7 Stress Test System for EKG lab.

This system will replace an existing out-of-date stress test system and shall be fully compatible and interfaced with an existing GE Healthcare MUSE EKG V8 Analysis System. This system must also interface to and be fully functional with an existing GE Tango+ NIBP Monitor for Stress Testing. Per GE Healthcare, TrillaMed is the only authorized distributor of these products. This notice of intent to sole source with justification for brand name only satisfies the public posting requirements of FAR 13.501.
