The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office Intends to issue a Sole Source Award to Large Business Pavion to maintain the Rauland Borg Responder Software at the Bedford VA Medical Center. The intent of this procurement is to award based on a Sole Source requirement. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-501(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers.
All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement for possible consideration in future procurements by the government. Submit capabilities statements to carissa.sarazin@va.gov no later than 4:00 PM 28 November 2025.
