The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with LGP Consulting, to deliver Pluggo Decapper Assembly Standard and KapSafe-mini Recapper for Single Racks to VA Boston Healthcare System, Jamaica Plain Campus. OEM, SB, LGP Consulting is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the Pluggo Decapper and KapSafe-mini Recapper. This will replace existing laboratory equipment due to current models reaching their operational lifespan.

Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS is 334516.
