Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) Supplies Line-Item Detail Cleanup The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is conducting market research to confirm the information provided for items for their possible inclusion into the MSPV Supplies Program.

The VHA manages the United States largest integrated healthcare system, providing care at 1,234 healthcare facilities, including 172 medical centers and 1,062 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics), serving approximately 9 million enrolled Veterans each year. The healthcare system receives the majority of medical and surgical supply support through the Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) program.

The purpose of this RFI is to confirm the line-item information in Attachment A so that the VHA may use this to determine when the items may be issued on a future solicitation. This notice is intended strictly for market research. Do NOT include proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information in responses. Respondents must complete Tab 1 in Attachment A and may complete the information for any items for which they are an Original Equipment Manufacturer, or an authorized supplier of a product.

If responding as an authorized supplier, you must submit your authorized distributor letter (ADL) on OEM Letterhead with your response or your response will not be accepted. Respondents may submit their response to the RFI via e-mail only to Damon.Ware@va.gov and Jeremy.Parker2@va.gov by 2:00 PM Eastern Time June 6, 2025. Please title your email as the following:
