Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 1, Regional Procurement Office East intends to negotiate a sole source contract for 6515- Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127(b), other than full and open competition will be utilized to award to an SDVOSB firm for this procurement under the SAT, IAW FAR6.302-5(c)(2)(ii), 6.303, and 6.304.

Competition is restricted on this procurement due to Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The associated NAICS code for this is 339112. The vendor will be Trillamed, LLC, 30100 Telegraph Rd, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. Description of services:

SUPPLY: The VA Boston Healthcare System, West Roxbury Campus is looking to acquire (1) Aesculap Neurosurgical Instrument Set, manufactured by OEM LB Aesculap Inc (QNSRGPYZE3Z9), 3773 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, Pennsylvania 18034. The location of the service will be at the West Roxbury VA Medical Center 1400 VFW Parkway West Roxbury, MA 02132. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.

It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 10:00 AM EST on 3/26/2025.
