Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 1, Regional Procurement Office East intends to negotiate a sole source contract for W065 - Lease Or Rental Of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies under the statutory authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and is implemented by FAR 13.106 1(b)(2) for restricting competition on this procurement.

SERVICE: The VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven Campus has a need for continuation of services for a mobile sterile processing (SPS) unit, currently onsite under contract 36C24124F0087 to ensure the reliable, and continued operation of the medical center s sterile processing service. The location of the service will be at the West Haven VA Medical Center 950 Campbell Avenue West Haven, CT 06516-2770.
