INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Epredia Revos Tissue Processor

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE IAW (in accordance with) VAAR 819.7008, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Togus Healthcare System intends to award a firm-fixed, sole source option-year contract for servicing of the Epredia Revos Tissue Processor currently installed at the Togus, ME facility to Epredia, the OEM.

Response Due Date: January 24, 2025 at 11:00 am (EST)

General Information: Contractor shall provide the following:

CLIN Description Qty 0001 Revos Rapid Tissue Process Premier Support Agreement - Base 1 All replacement parts, labor and travel expenses for any unscheduled Service visit, one yearly scheduled PM visit, all applicable shipping charges. 0002 Revos Rapid Tissue Process Premier Support Agreement - Option year 1 1 All replacement parts, labor and travel expenses for any unscheduled Service visit, one yearly scheduled PM visit, all applicable shipping charges.

0003 Revos Rapid Tissue Process Premier Support Agreement - Option year 2 1 All replacement parts, labor and travel expenses for any unscheduled Service visit, one yearly scheduled PM visit, all applicable shipping charges. 0004 Revos Rapid Tissue Process Premier Support Agreement - Option year 3 1 All replacement parts, labor and travel expenses for any unscheduled Service visit, one yearly scheduled PM visit, all applicable shipping charges.

0005 Revos Rapid Tissue Process Premier Support Agreement - Option year 4 1 All replacement parts, labor and travel expenses for any unscheduled Service visit, one yearly scheduled PM visit, all applicable shipping charges.

Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the above-mentioned services may submit a response to this notice (by the response due date shown above) to kim.mccarthy@va.gov.

The information provided shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct an unrestricted open market procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
