Statement of Objectives (SOO) SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT 26mm Edwards Sapien Ultra 3 Resilia Transcatheter Heart Valve 29mm Edwards Sapien Ultra 3 Resilia Transcatheter Heart Valve The Department of Veteran Affairs, VISN 01, VA Boston Healthcare System due to numerous factors has a requirement increasing our initial stock.  We have increased the number of procedures that we are doing for the TAVR and we must have a par level of items on the shelf.  Once this order is placed then it is replenished through Prosthetics as it is an implant.

TAVRÂ is minimally invasive, which means it uses smaller incisions than open-heart valve surgery.
